F0045(S) exhibits inhibitory activity against influenza hemagglutinin with a KD value of 6.1 µM, and effectively protects human cells from influenza virus infection.

In vitro
Methods: MDCK-SIAT1 cells were infected with influenza viruses H1/Beijing, H1/Cal04 and H5 A/Vietnam/1203/2004 to detect the in vitro neutralizing activity of F0045(S).
Results: F0045(S) exerted neutralizing effects on MDCK-SIAT1 cells infected with H1/Beijing, H1/Cal04 and H5 A/Vietnam/1203/2004 influenza viruses, with corresponding EC₅₀ values of 1.6 μM, 3.9 μM and 22.8 μM respectively [2].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
