In vitro
ER-076349 inhibits the proliferation of various cancer cells, with IC 50 values recorded as follows: 0.59 nM (MDA-MB-435), 2.4 nM (COLO 205), 7.3 nM (DLD-1), 3.6 nM (DU 145), 1.8 nM (LNCaP), 3.2 nM (LOX), 2.6 nM (HL-60), and 4.0 nM (U937).
