Description	Epratuzumab (AMG 41) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD22, also a tumor imaging agent that induces CD22 phosphorylation. It is used in autoimmune disease research.
In vitro	Epratuzumab binds to the CD22 extracellular domain with an affinity of K (D) = 0.7 nM. Epratuzumab binds to B cell lines or primary B cells from patients with NHL, resulting in rapid internalization of the CD22/ antibody complex. [1]
