| In vitro | EGFR/BRAFV600E-IN-4 (0.01-100 μM) demonstrates broad-spectrum antiproliferative activity with GI50 values ranging from 1.66 to greater than 100 μM. It effectively inhibits the growth of A-549, Panc-1, HT-29, and MCF-7 cells with IC50 values between 24 nM and 27 nM over 48 hours (1.56-100 nM), while showing relative safety toward MCF-10A cells, with a cell viability of 91%. At a concentration of 24 nM for 24 hours, EGFR/BRAFV600E-IN-4 induces cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase, hindering the transition from G1 to S and G2/M phases, and triggers apoptosis both in the early and late stages. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
