| In vitro | In cellular functional assays, DJ4 inhibited migration of humanmelanoma, lung, pancreatic and breast cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner. In live cellimaging over 20h by time-lapse microscopy, DJ4 (2.5 pM ) reduced the migration rate of lung-andbreast-cancer cells by 2.7 and 5.5 times compared to control cells respectively, DJ4 (5 pM) alsoinhibited invasion of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells by ~70%. Fluorescent microscopicobservation also revealed that inhibition of activity of these kinases, by DJ4, causes reduction instress fibers which leads to inhibition of cell contractility and migration.[1] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
