Description

In vitro
In cellular functional assays, DJ4 inhibited migration of humanmelanoma, lung, pancreatic and breast cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner. In live cellimaging over 20h by time-lapse microscopy, DJ4 (2.5 pM ) reduced the migration rate of lung-andbreast-cancer cells by 2.7 and 5.5 times compared to control cells respectively, DJ4 (5 pM) alsoinhibited invasion of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells by ~70%. Fluorescent microscopicobservation also revealed that inhibition of activity of these kinases, by DJ4, causes reduction instress fibers which leads to inhibition of cell contractility and migration.[1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
