| In vitro | Methods: Zebrafish embryos were treated with Dipropyl phthalate (0.1 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L, 1 mg/L, 2 mg/L, 4 mg/L, 8 mg/L, 12 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 30 mg/L, 40 mg/L, 80 mg/L and 100 mg/L), and the acute toxicity of DPRP to zebrafish embryos was tested according to the OECD guidelines (OECD, 2013). Results: The LC50 of Dipropyl phthalate to zebrafish embryos was 16.79 mg/L, 9.987 mg/L, 6.140 mg/L, 3.959 mg/L, 1.185 mg/L and 0.918 mg/L after 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h and 144 h, respectively. Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
