Description | Dipropyl phthalate is a weak androgen receptor inhibitor, and can be used in biochemical experiments and drug synthesis. |
In vitro | Methods: Zebrafish embryos were treated with Dipropyl phthalate (0.1 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L, 1 mg/L, 2 mg/L, 4 mg/L, 8 mg/L, 12 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 30 mg/L, 40 mg/L, 80 mg/L and 100 mg/L), and the acute toxicity of DPRP to zebrafish embryos was tested according to the OECD guidelines (OECD, 2013). Results: The LC50 of Dipropyl phthalate to zebrafish embryos was 16.79 mg/L, 9.987 mg/L, 6.140 mg/L, 3.959 mg/L, 1.185 mg/L and 0.918 mg/L after 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h and 144 h, respectively.
