In vitro	ADCs consist of an antibody linked to a cytotoxin through an ADC linker[1]. PROTACs feature two ligands connected by a linker: one binds to an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other to the target protein, utilizing the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[2].
