Description
As-358 (hydrochloride) shows well in vivo safety as well as inhibits Ebola virus and Marburg virus with IC 50 values of 9.1 μM and 18.1 μM [1].
In vitro
As-358 (hydrochloride) (compound 3b·HCl) (0-500 μM) demonstrates inhibitory effects on both EBOV and MARV [1]. In a cell proliferation assay on Vero cells infected with EBOV and MARV, it exhibited significant inhibition over 10 days. The IC50 values were 18.1 ± 9.3 μM for EBOV and 9.1 ± 2.1 μM for MARV, with selectivity index (SI) values of 15 and 31, respectively.
In vivo
As-358 (hydrochloride) administered intragastrically at dosages of 0.14-1.08 g/kg in a single dose demonstrated no toxicity in adult ICR mice [1]. The study employed a single-dose (IG; single) observational method over a 7-day period, revealing that the LD50 exceeds 1000 mg/kg, indicating its safety at these concentrations.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
