| In vitro | As-358 (compound 3b), at concentrations ranging from 0-500 μM over a 10-day period, demonstrates inhibitory effects on EBOV and MARV, as evidenced by tests conducted on the Vero cell line infected with these viruses. Moreover, within a 48-hour timeframe and at lower concentrations (0-100 μM), As-358 effectively inhibits both the wild-type EboV-GP and its mutant D522A-EboV-GP, showing half-maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC 50) of 1.7 μM and 2.2 μM, respectively. The results from the Cell Proliferation Assay indicate significant inhibition against EBOV and MARV, with IC 50 values recorded at 47.5 ± 8.2 μM and 3.7 ± 1.7 μM, alongside selectivity index (SI) values of 9 and 118, correspondingly. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
