When given once at varying doses (2 mg/kg intravenously, 10 and 30 mg/kg orally), it shows a brain to plasma ratio of 0.08, indicating minimal brain penetration. In male CD-1 mice, a 30 mg/kg oral dose achieved a maximum concentration (C max) of 13.9 μM, an absorption time (T max) of 0.5 hours, and an area under the curve (AUC) from 0 to infinity of 121 μM·h. Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
