AKT-IN-21 exhibits antiproliferative inhibitory activity and cytotoxicity across various cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 2.33 μM (LNCaP), 2.38 μM (K562), 1.98 μM (HepG2), and 3.95 μM (LX-2).
