Description | Neuropathiazol causes neuronal differentiation of adult hippocampal neural progenitor cells. |
In vitro | In HCN cells, Neuropathiazol (5, 10, and 15 μM) significantly slows cell proliferation and inhibits the proliferation of HCN neural progenitor cells. Neuropathiazol (10 μM) down-regulates Sox2, up-regulates NeuroD1, and inhibits the differentiation of astroglial induced by LIF and BMP2[1]. |
