| In vitro | Compound 8A8, at a low concentration (2.5 μM; RAW 264.7 cells), markedly reduced IL-6 and TNF-α levels, achieving half the concentration of these cytokines compared to post-LPS treatment at 5 μM. Furthermore, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in cell supernatants were reduced to a quarter following treatment with a high concentration of compound 8A8 (10 μM) [1]. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
