UNC10112785 is a novel and potent inhibitor of CDK8, CDK19, and CDK9 with IC50 values of 1.05 nM, 2.67 nM, and 19.9 nM, respectively, inducing MYC protein loss via both transcriptional and post-translational mechanisms. UNC10112785 suppresses pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) growth under both anchorage-dependent and anchorage-independent conditions, causing substantial MYC depletion in two-dimensional and three-dimensional cell culture models.

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
