Description	TREM2 agonist-2 (I-192) is an orally active and potent agonist of myeloid triggered receptor 2 (TREM2) for neurodegenerative disease research.
Targets&IC50	hTREM2 (HEK293 cells):< 0.05 μM (EC50)
In vitro	Treatment with TREM2 agonist-2 (0-100μM; 16 hours) activated hTREM2 in HEK293 cells, with an EC50 value less than 0.05μM for cell viability assay[1].
In vivo	The results indicate that TREM2 agonist-2 (50 mg/kg; twice daily; oral gavage for one day) can bind to the TREM2 target, which can interact with microglial cells[1].

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
