Description	TREM2 agonist-2 (I-192) is an orally efficient small molecule agonist specifically targeting TREM2, serving as a highly potent triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) agonist, employed in neurodegenerative disease research.
Targets & IC50	hTREM2 (HEK293 cells):< 0.05 μM (EC50)
In vitro	Methods:Cell viability assays were performed, with HEK293 cells treated with TREM2 agonist-2 (0-100 μM) for 16 hours. Results: Agonist-2 activated hTREM2 with an EC50 value of less than 0.05 μM. [1]
In vivo	Methods: In mouse models, TREM2 agonist-2 (50 mg/kg, twice daily for one day) was administered via oral gavage. Results: Agonist-2 treatment promoted the binding of TREM2 to microglia. [1]

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
