It activates TLR8-mediated signaling pathways and functions as a latency-reversing agent capable of reactivating latent HIV-1 reservoirs. | In vitro | TLR8 agonist 10 (Compound 23A) at concentrations of 0-10 μM can effectively activate latent HIV-1 in U1 cells in vitro without significant cytotoxicity. Additionally, TLR8 agonist 10 (0-10 μM) can indirectly activate latent HIV-1 in ACH-2 cells through cytokine signaling produced by treated human PBMC, also showing no significant cytotoxicity to ACH-2 cells. Furthermore, TLR8 agonist 10 (0-10 μM) potently activates latent HIV-1 in OM10.1 cells in a concentration-dependent manner with negligible cytotoxicity. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
