| In vitro | Telomeric G4s ligand 1 (compound R1; 1-4 μM; 24 hours) enhances the stability of G4 structures and induces the formation of R loops in the telomeric regions of MDA-MB-231 cells, triggering DNA damage responses, G2/M cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and exhibiting antiproliferative effects. Additionally, Telomeric G4s ligand 1 stimulates immunogenic cell death (ICD) in tumor cells, thereby promoting the maturation of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDC). Treatment with 1 μM, 2 μM, and 4 μM concentrations over 24 hours increased levels of DNA damage-related proteins, including γH2AX and replication protein A subunit. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
