In vitro
Telenzepine dihydrochloride (100 nM) blocks muscarine-induced responses and inhibits M1 receptor-mediated depolarization (IC50 = 8.5 nM) [2][3].
In vivo
Telenzepine dihydrochloride potently inhibits gastric acid secretion in rats; oral 2.7 umol/kg shows long-lasting anti-ulcer effects [1].

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
