| Description | SR-3-65 (compound 6) is an Indisulam derivative that inhibits the migration of gastric cancer cells by weakening the PI3K/AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling pathway. |
| In vitro | SR-3-65 effectively inhibits the growth of AGS cells with an IC₅₀ value of 24.75 μM when administered at concentrations ranging from 0.0001-100 µM over a 48-hour period. Additionally, SR-3-65 at 10 µM demonstrates anti-migratory activity in AGS and MGC803 cells over 48-72 hours. Furthermore, in AGS and MGC803 cells treated with 10 µM SR-3-65 for 48 hours, there is an upregulation of E-cadherin and a downregulation of N-cadherin and vimentin expression. |
