In rats, a dose of 10 mg/kg resulted in a peak concentration of 4 μM for SLB1122168 (33p) at 2 hours post-administration, with levels remaining ≥1 μM up to 24 hours and a half-life of 8 hours [1]. |

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
