Description
SENP1-IN-1 is a distinct inhibitor of the deSUMOylation protease 1 (SENP1), designed to enhance tumor radiosensitivity.
In vitro
SENP1-IN-1 has been observed to enhance the sensitivity of tumor cells to irradiation, according to research findings. When administered at concentrations ranging from 0.7 to 20 μM for a duration of 72 hours, SENP1-IN-1 exhibits cytotoxic effects on Hela cells, with an IC50 value exceeding 20 μM. This data was established through a Cell Cytotoxicity Assay conducted on Hela cells using varying concentrations (0.7 μM, 2.2 μM, 6.6 μM, 20 μM) over the specified incubation period, further confirming its cytotoxic potency.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
