| In vivo | RXFP1 receptor agonist-9 (Compound 39) administered intravenously at doses of 1.5 and 5 mg/min/kg once daily for 21 days in isoflurane-anesthetized, non-tumor-bearing rats produces a dose-dependent increase in heart rate, resembling the hemodynamic effects of relaxin. Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
