| In vivo | RXFP1 receptor agonist-9 (Compound 39) administered intravenously at doses of 1.5 and 5 mg/min/kg once daily for 21 days in isoflurane-anesthetized, non-tumor-bearing rats produces a dose-dependent increase in heart rate, resembling the hemodynamic effects of relaxin. Additionally, RXFP1 receptor agonist-9, given at 25 mg/kg intravenously on days 6 and 7, significantly expands the interpubic ligament (IPL), replicating the effects of relaxin observed in C57BL/6 mice. |
