Description
RECQL5-IN-1 is an orally active RECQL5 inhibitor (IC50 = 46.3 nM) that simultaneously targets both enzymatic and non-enzymatic domains. RECQL5-IN-1 stabilizes the interaction between RECQL5 and RAD51 proteins, disrupting homologous recombination repair (HRR), thereby selectively killing cancer cells that express RECQL5.

In vitro
Methods: RECQL5-IN-1 (0, 10, 20 μM) was added to MCF-7 cells, which were incubated for 72 hours; apoptosis was then assessed by flow cytometry.
Results: RECQL5-IN-1 significantly induced apoptosis in MCF-7 cells. [1]
In vivo
Methods: To investigate the antitumor efficacy of RECQL5-IN-1, Nude mice were subcutaneously inoculated with MCF-7 RECQL5-WT cells and administered RECQL5-IN-1 (50 mg/kg) orally via gavage every other day for a total of 30 days.
Results: RECQL5-IN-1 significantly inhibited the growth of RECQL5-WT tumors. [1]

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
