| In vitro | RD3-0028 exhibits an effective concentration (EC50) of 4.5 μM and a significantly lower cytotoxicity, with a 50% cytotoxic concentration (CC50) of 271.0μM, outperforming ribavirin. It lacks inhibitory effects on the replication of measles virus, influenza A virus, herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, and human cytomegalovirus. However, RD3-0028 effectively inhibits various RSV strains at concentrations ranging from 4.5 to 11.0 μM, as determined by the MTT method, demonstrating superior efficacy to ribavirin with lower EC50 values against these strains[1]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
