| Description | Ramiprilat acyl-β-D-glucuronide is a glucuronide metabolite of Ramiprilat. During solid-phase extraction utilizing a strong cation exchange column, the glucuronic acid moiety of Ramiprilat acyl-β-D-glucuronide undergoes methylation, resulting in methylated derivatives. In mass spectrometry analysis, Ramiprilat acyl-β-D-glucuronide is converted to Ramiprilat in-source, with the extent of conversion being directly proportional to the declustering voltage. |
| In vitro | Ramiprilat acyl-β-D-glucuronide (10.00-100.00 μg/mL) can be chromatographically separated from ramiprilat under initial reverse-phase HPLC conditions without causing quantification variability of ramiprilat due to in-source conversion. When processed with a strong cation exchange solid-phase extraction, there is a 65% loss and formation of methylated derivatives. During sample preparation by protein precipitation, hydrolysis occurs during evaporation; a lower degree of hydrolysis is observed at an evaporation temperature of 35°C compared to 50°C. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
