| Description | PROTAC BCL6/GSPT1 Degrader-1 is a dual-target PROTAC degrader aimed at BCL6 and GSPT1. It inhibits cell proliferation, promotes DNA damage, and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis (apoptosis) in diffuse large B cell lymphoma. PROTAC BCL6/GSPT1 Degrader-1 is applicable for research in tumors such as lymphoma. |
| In vitro | PROTAC BCL6/GSPT1 Degrader-1 (Compound A5) effectively degrades BCL6 (DC50: 0.48 nM) and GSPT1 in Farage DLBCL cells in a time- and concentration-dependent manner at concentrations ranging from 0-10000 nM over 0-72 hours. At 0.1-10 μM for 72 hours, it inhibits the proliferation of Farage diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cells (IC50: 0.413) and induces DNA damage. Additionally, at concentrations of 0.1-2.5 μM over 72 hours, it promotes apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in these cells. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
