Bioactivity

Description	p32 inhibitor M36 is an inhibitor of p32 mitochondrial protein. It binds directly to p32 and inhibits the p32 association with LyP-1.
In vitro	p32 Inhibitor M36 is selective for p32 overexpressing cells. p32 Inhibitor M36 inhibits SF188 glioma cell proliferation (IC50: 77.9 μM in complete media) and is much more potent under low glucose conditions (IC50: 7.3 μM). p32 Inhibitor M36 is also a potent inhibitor of patient-derived neurospheres (IC50: 2.8 μM)[1].

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
