P-gp-IN-31 is an inhibitor of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) with IC50 values of 0.42 μM for KB cells and 0.43 μM for MDR KBvin cells. This compound effectively overcomes P-gp mediated drug efflux, exhibiting collateral sensitivity through P-gp downregulation. P-gp-IN-31 inhibits cell proliferation, induces apoptosis (apoptosis), and arrests the cell cycle in the G2/M phase. It is applicable in cancer research, particularly for multidrug-resistant (MDR) malignancies.

| In vitro | P-gp-IN-31 (Compound 12n) (1-2 μM, 24 h) induces apoptosis in KB and KBvin cells and arrests the cell cycle at the G2/M phase. Additionally, at concentrations of 0.1-0.25 μM, P-gp-IN-31 restores the chemosensitivity of KBvin cells to paclitaxel. At 0.25 μM over 24 hours, it reduces the expression of P-glycoprotein in KBvin cells. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
