Description	NVS-CECR2-1 is a selective cat eye syndrome chromosome region candidate 2 (CECR2) inhibitor with antitumor activity and inhibits chromatin binding of CECR2 BRD. NVS-CECR2-1 is cytotoxic and can induce apoptosis.
Targets&IC50	CECR2:47 nM, CECR2:80 nM (Kd), BRD4:>37 μM, SW48 cells:0.64 μM, BRD7:5.5 μM, BRD9:2.3 μM
In vitro	The cells were treated with increasing concentrations of NVS-CECR2-1 up to 4 μM and their clonogenic ability was evaluated afer ten days by colony formation assay. NVS-CECR2-1 inhibited the clonogenic ability of SW48 cells in a dose dependent manner and its IC50 value was estimated to be 0.64 μM. [1]

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
