| In vitro | Nrf2 activator-7 exhibits binding affinity to Keap1 with an IC50 value of 85 nM as determined by fluorescence polarization (FP) and an IC50 value of 13.1 nM as measured by time-resolved fluorescence energy transfer (TR-FRET), with a Ki value of 4.9 nM [1]. Furthermore, Nrf2 activator-7 at concentrations of 1, 10, and 100 μM over 24 hours increases the transcription of Nrf2 target genes (GSTM3, HMOX1, and NQO1) [1]. |
