Description
NBD-125 (B-12) is a berberine analogue. NBD-125 is an RXRα activator. The IC50 value of NBD-125 in KM12C cell is 31.10 μM [1].
In vitro
NBD-125 (B-12) demonstrates a potent ability to activate RXRα transcription and significantly suppresses colon cancer cell proliferation, making it an effective inhibitor of β-catenin signaling. Its anti-proliferative effects are observed across a range of concentrations (0-80 μM) in several colon cancer cell lines, including Km12c, HCT116, and SW620. Detailed Western Blot Analysis reveals that, after a 15-hour incubation period across varying concentrations (0-50 μM, 0-60 μM, 0-80 μM), there is a notable decrease in c-Myc and Cdc42 protein levels, indicating a disruption in cellular signaling pathways critical for cancer cell growth.

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
