| In vivo | Methods: Subcutaneous GBM xenograft models were established using EGFR wild-type (D08-0308MG) and EGFRvIII mutant (D10-0171MG) cells. Treatment consisted of Modotuximab or Sym004 (Modotuximab:Futuximab = 1:1) (50 mg/kg, administered intraperitoneally twice weekly for a total of 5 weeks). Results: Modotuximab mildly inhibited tumor growth, and combination with Futuximab effectively inhibited tumor growth. [1] |
