| In vitro | MMH-165-26 (Compound 20d) significantly inhibits the growth of MDA-MB-231 cells with an LC50 of 6.7 μM and reduces RelA/p65 levels in a proteasome-dependent manner at concentrations of 0.1-5 μM over 48 hours. |
