| In vitro | KS124 (compound 3) at a concentration of 3 µM induces apoptosis in HCT-116 cells in a time-dependent manner over 24 to 48 hours. Additionally, KS124 (3 µM; 48 h) enhances the generation of ROS in these cells. |
