Description	KRAS G12C inhibitor 63 (K45) is a KRAS G12C inhibitor that can induce apoptosis and exhibits antitumor activity.
In vitro	KRAS G12C inhibitor 63 exhibits significant antiproliferative effects against KRAS-G12C mutant NCI-H23 and NCI-H358 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 0.77 μM and 1.50 μM, respectively.
