In vitro	Isopeonol, an isoflavonoid isolated from Iris germanica, shows mild in vitro anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting superoxide production in human neutrophils. Using the WST-1 reduction assay, Isopeonol exhibited an IC₅₀ of 827.00 ± 7.67 μM and showed 27.19% inhibition at 500 μM, indicating weak efficacy[1].
