| In vitro | Methods: The human cancer cell line MCF-7 (breast cancer) and normal CRL2120 fibroblasts were treated with Glyasperin F at a concentration gradient (0.1–100 μM) for 72 hours, and cell viability was assessed using the neutral red (NR) uptake assay. Results: Glyasperin F effectively inhibited the activity of MCF-7 (breast cancer) cells but had a minimal effect on normal CRL2120 fibroblasts. [1] |

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
