GLUT inhibitor-1 exhibits good oral pharmacokinetic parameters in mice and rats with oral Cmax values of 2525 and 1675 ng/mL, AUCs of 5890 and 6813 ng/mL, CLs of 40 and 37 mL/min/kg, Vdss of 1.70 and 4.51 L/Kg, t1/2s of 0.785 and 2.59h and Fs of 45.4% and 49.4%[1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
