Description	Foxy-5 acetate is an agonist of Wnt 5A which is a non-canonical member of the Wnt family. Foxy-5 acetate impairs the migration and invasion of epithelial cancer cells triggers cytosolic free calcium signaling without affecting β-catenin activation.
In vivo	In an orthotopic mouse model, Foxy-5 acetate effectively reduces the metastatic spread of Wnt 5A-low prostate cancer cells[2]. In a xenograft mouse model of human colonic cancer, Foxy-5 acetate reduces the number of colonic cancer stem cells[3].
