Description	FD-IN-1 (Compound 12) is an orally active Factor D (FD) inhibitor (IC50=12 nM) that also inhibits Factor XIa (FXIa) and Tryptase β2 with IC50 values of 7.7 and 6.5 μM, respectively.
In vitro	FD-IN-1 (Compound 12) shows activity in the alternative pathway (AP) functional inhibition assay: in an in vitro membrane attack complex (MAC) deposition test using 50% human whole blood (WB), its half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) was found to be 0.26 μM[1].
In vivo	At a dose of 10 mg/kg administered via oral gavage, FD-IN-1 fully inhibited the activity of the alternative pathway (AP) in human factor D knock-in mice, and this inhibitory effect was sustained for up to 10 hours[1].

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
