Bioactivity

Description	Evofolin B is a natural compound isolated from the stem bark of Zanthoxylum ailanthoides. Evofolin B has an inhibitory effect on the superoxide anion produced by human neutrophils in response to formyl-L-methionine-L-leucine-L-phenylalanine/cytochalasin B (fMLP/CB).
Targets&IC50	FMLP/CB:<= 5.34 microg/mL
In vitro	Evofolin-B (Hepa 1c1c7 mouse hepatoma cell) exhibited QR-inducing activity, with observed CD (concentration required to double induction) values of 16.4 microM.[1] The in vitro cytotoxic activities were determined by MTT assay. Evofolin B compounds showed no significant cytotoxic activity for HCT-116、HepG2、U251、A549、MCF7.[2]
