Description
Evofolin B is a natural compound isolated from the stem bark of Zanthoxylum ailanthoides. Evofolin B has an inhibitory effect on the superoxide anion produced by human neutrophils in response to formyl-L-methionine-L-leucine-L-phenylalanine/cytochalasin B (fMLP/CB).

FMLP/CB:<= 5.34 microg/mL
In vitro
Evofolin-B (Hepa 1c1c7 mouse hepatoma cell) exhibited QR-inducing activity, with observed CD (concentration required to double induction) values of 16.4 microM.[1]
The in vitro cytotoxic activities were determined by MTT assay. Evofolin B compounds showed no significant cytotoxic activity for HCT-116、HepG2、U251、A549、MCF7.[2]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
