In vitro
DS45500853 (0.002, 0.006, 0.017, 0.051, 0.015, 0.046, 1.4, 4.2, 12.5 μg/mL, 18 h) was able to inhibit the transcriptional activity of full-length ERRα in MG63 cells with an EC50 value of 5.4 μM. [1]
