In vitro
Deferasirox (Fe3+ chelate) promotes cell cycle arrest in cervical cancer cell lines by regulating the expression of cell cycle regulatory factors cyclin D1, cyclin E, and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)[1].
