| In vitro | AZ5385 has a CC50 of 9 µM against HeLa cells over 72 hours [1]. When AZ5385 is pre-incubated for 3 hours before viral addition and then co-incubated with the virus at 37°C for 72 hours, it inhibits the infection of HEp-2 cells by HRV-16 and RSV A2 strains, with EC50 values of 3.6 µM and 0.4 µM, respectively [1]. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
