Description

Antimalarial agent 50 modulates oxidative stress and significantly reduces inflammatory cytokine levels. This compound is applicable in malaria research.
In vivo
Antimalarial agent 50 (Compound 3a) administered intraperitoneally at doses of 200-800 μg/kg once daily for four days can dose-dependently reduce parasitic infection in mouse models of malaria and also possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant potential.
