| In vitro | Anti-CD54/ICAM-1 Antibody (R6-5-D6) induces the differentiation of human naive CD4+ T cells toward a regulatory T cell phenotype when administered at 10 μg/mL for 10 days [1]. Treatment with Anti-CD54/ICAM-1 Antibody (R6-5-D6) at 2–12 μg/mL for 15 minutes reduces basal adhesion in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and inhibits the increase in adhesion induced by IL-1 or LPS stimulation [2]. |
