| In vitro | Anti-CTSS/Cathepsin S Antibody (Fsn0503h) (1–1000 nM; 24 h) concentration-dependently inhibited Matrigel invasion in four Cat-S-expressing cell lines: MDA-MB-361, CaKi-1, CaKi-2, and U87MG. |
| In vivo | Anti-CTSS/Cathepsin S Antibody (Fsn0503h) (10-20 mg/kg; intravenous injection; three times weekly) exhibits antitumor activity in a Colo-205 colorectal cancer xenograft mouse model. Although the 10 mg/kg dose demonstrated superior T/C% values compared to the 20 mg/kg dose, no significant difference in tumor reduction was observed between the two doses [1]. |
