Description ATPγS tetralithium salt is a substrate for nucleotide hydrolysis and RNA unraveling activity of the eukaryotic translation initiation factor eIF4A, associated with p97 mutants and prions.
In vitro Enhancing intrinsic fluorescence and inducing aggregation, ATPγS tetralithium salt increases the activity of spinach Rubisco activase[1].
Attenuating inflammatory response with decreased accumulation of cells (48%, P < 0.01) and proteins (57%, P < 0.01) in bronchoalveolar lavage, ATPγS tetralithium salt (50-100 μM final blood concentration) also reduces neutrophil infiltration and extravasation of Evans blue albumin dye into lung tissue[3].
In vivo Demonstrating preserved lung parenchymal architecture (50 μM final, intravenous), ATPγS tetralithium salt exhibits a dose-dependent effect on Evans blue albumin (EBA) extravasation in LPS-treated mice[3].
