Description
α-Glucosidase-IN-23 is an orally active inhibitor of α-glucosidase that can decrease blood glucose levels by inhibiting α-glucosidase (IC50 = 4.48 μM).
In vitro
α-Glucosidase-IN-23 (1 μM) exhibits significant anti-diabetes activity. α-Glucosidase-IN-23 decreases ROS levles in βcells and muscle cells. α-Glucosidase-IN-23 decreases blood glucose by α-glucosidase inhibition (IC50= 4.48 μM)[1].
In vivo
α- Glucosidase-IN-23 (oral; 0.2 mmol/kg/day) only inhibits α- Glucosidase in mice[1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
