Description
(S,R,S)-AHPC-C2-NH2 dihydrochloride, a combination of a VHL ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase and a PROTAC linker, facilitates the synthesis of various PROTACs.
In vitro
PROTACs consist of two distinct ligands linked together: one targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other binds to the target protein. By leveraging the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system, PROTACs enable the selective degradation of target proteins.
